Who Can Apply?

We are seeking applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds because we need different perspectives to drive innovation!  We want applicants to bring some experience to their prospective teams.  Therefore, we encourage applicants who have at least 5-10 years’ experience and a demonstrated track record in their respective professions to apply. We typically seek individuals from four broad areas: 

• Clinical (Medical doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals) 

• Technical (Engineers, Scientists, Data Analysts, Designers) 

• Commercial (Business, MBA graduates, Marketing/Sales Leaders) 

• Other highly motivated individuals interested in healthcare innovation 

We are also interested in attracting candidates with software, AI or data analytics skills who can help meet the future needs in digital health and connected devices.  

Participants will be selected based on their experience, passion, and drive, as well as their potential to become leading innovators in the health technology field.
