At BioInnovate, we believe that diversity of experience and perspective drives the most meaningful innovation. We welcome applications from professionals across a wide range of backgrounds — people who share a passion for improving healthcare and the curiosity to reimagine what’s possible.

We encourage applicants who bring 5–10 years of professional experience and a proven track record of creativity, leadership, or problem-solving in their field. Successful participants are typically drawn from areas such as:

• Clinical fields — for example, medical doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals

• Technical disciplines — for example, engineers, scientists, data analysts, or designers

• Commercial backgrounds — for example, business professionals, MBA graduates, and marketing or sales specialists

• Other motivated innovators — individuals from any background with a strong interest in healthcare innovation

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in software, AI, or data analytics, who can help meet the growing opportunities in digital health and connected medical devices.

Participants are selected based on their experience, passion, and drive, as well as their potential to become leaders in health technology innovation.
