Fiona Duggan is a seasoned healthcare leader with over 16 years of experience in commercial and strategic roles within the medical technology sector. Most recently as Head of Ambulatory Care Ireland at B. Braun Medical, where she led national initiatives to deliver innovative outpatient care solutions that improve patient outcomes and system efficiency.

Throughout her career, Fiona has demonstrated a strong ability to bridge the gap between clinical needs and commercial viability. Her expertise spans value-based contracting, partner relationship management, and key account strategy—skills she has applied to successfully grow market share and introduce new care models across both public and private healthcare settings. Fiona holds an Executive MBA from the University of Galway and a Diploma in Health Economics from the National Institute of Public Administration. Her academic background, combined with practical leadership experience, gives her a strong foundation in both health system dynamics and innovation strategy. As a participant in the BioInnovate Ireland Programme, Fiona brings a passion for healthcare transformation and a deep understanding of unmet clinical needs from a market and operational perspective. She is eager to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop impactful, patient-centred medtech solutions that can scale within real-world healthcare environments.
