Conor Connolly
Conor Connolly is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in the Medical Technology and Sustainability sectors. Having spent the majority of his career in startup environments, he thrives in dynamic settings that demand strategic vision, adaptability, and a results-driven approach. A graduate of Dublin City University with a degree in Biotechnology, Conor was recognized early in his career as a high-potential student, being selected by Ernst & Young for an entrepreneurship programme.
This distinction led him to study under some of Ireland’s leading entrepreneurs, further shaping his business acumen and leadership style. His passion for innovation and growth has been central to his success in various commercial leadership roles, where he has played a key part in driving market expansion, developing strategic partnerships, and fostering high-performing teams. Conor is deeply motivated by opportunities that create meaningful impact, whether in healthcare, sustainability, or business development. Fluent as Gaeilge, Conor values the cultural and historical significance of Ireland’s native tongue and enjoys incorporating it into his daily life. Beyond his professional pursuits, Conor is passionate about sports, the outdoors, and food. As an advocate for sustainable living, he enjoys growing and eating his own food, combining his love for nature with a hands-on approach to healthy living.
