Sinéad is very driven and passionate about discovering unique and sustainable solutions to address some of the biggest needs in healthcare. She studied mechanical engineering in University College Dublin, where she later graduated with a Masters of Biomedical Engineering. During her degree she worked as an intern with Vasorum and also studied medical sciences at RCSI. Since then, she has held multiple positions within Stryker Instruments across their R&D facilities in Co. Cork and the United States. Her experience includes working on research, new product development, and manufacturing, with specific focus on design thinking and procedural innovation. Sinéad has worked on the launch of multiple products focused on cutting technologies for orthopaedic and neuro applications.
In her spare time, Sinéad likes to stay active with swimming, cycling and yoga and also loves to travel.
